WMU Fight Song is the fight song for Western Michigan.

History

The current “WMU Fight Song” was a result of a 1959 contest to replace existing fight song. Open to the University community, the two-stage contest solicited first lyrics and then music. Alumnus Walter Gilbert developed the lyrics and music for the fight song.
