Auburn University is located in Auburn, Alabama. Their mascot is the Tigers, not the War Eagles or Plainsmen, but the Tigers. The multiple names are used to confuse the Auburn faithful. Their major rivals are Alabama and Georgia, with a somewhat smaller rivalries with Georgia Tech and LSU
